Cold Front Brings Winter Weather Woes

A weekend winter storm will continue to bring copious amounts of snow, ice, and rain as it tracks eastward across the Central Plains to the Mid-Atlantic.

Heavy snow and freezing rain will produce hazardous travel conditions as the storm moves toward the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys. Widespread rain will impact the Southeast states over the weekend as well.

Here at home in South Florida, we will stay warm this weekend with high temps ranging from the mid to upper 70s. Limited rain chances will be possible until the cold front sweeps through the area early Monday. Afternoon high temps on Monday will be near average, with highs only in the upper 60s on Tuesday.
