A 14-year-old St. Ann student developed three videos to lead his classmates, teachers and parents in exercise for the Let's Move: Commit to Change Physical Activity Challenge!

Josh Timmer and his parents Fontaine and Gary shared their favorite workout moves on CBS12 News Sunday morning.

Check out Joshua’s post on why he created a workout video to motivate other students to get moving this March.

Here's what Josh had to say about his commitment to get up and get moving:

My name is Joshua Timmer, and I am an 8th grade honor student here at St. Ann's School. I decided to participate in Let's Move challenge as my celebration project under the great organization of Palm Healthcare Foundation! I am a team leader and ready to move! I would like to get our students, families and the greater diocese moving towards better health. Please register under my team "Joshua's Team" and record your minutes! I also completed a work out video, and it can be viewed on the Palm Healthcare Facebook page in the video section without a Facebook membership. For the month of March, please record any minutes that you do throughout the day under "Joshua's Team," and we can make a difference! I would like to thank the St. Ann's family, our wonderful principal Mrs. Demes and IB director Mrs. Lawrence for their support and encouragement! St. Ann's let's all work together as a team staying healthy together! Once again, thanks for supporting this project and don't forget to log in your minutes! Let's Move!
