Dolphins 2018 preseason schedule announced

Miami Dolphins (WPEC)

The NFL released its preseason schedule, and the Dolphins learned the four teams they will be playing in August.

They open at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, then they play at the Carolina Panthers, then host the Baltimore Ravens and finish up at Atlanta. Exact dates and times will be released at a later date.

These are all teams that the Dolphins are used to playing on their preseason schedules. Maybe the biggest takeaway for fans of that schedule, is that the third preseason game, against the Ravens, will be at home. This is always the most competitive of the preseason games, and will feature the most starting players.

The Dolphins did make a move Wednesday, adding some depth to their linebacking corps. The Fins inked Terence Garvin, a 5-year pro who last played with the Seahawks. Garvin has played primarily as a backup for three teams and has 77 tackles in his 74 career NFL games.
