The Miami heat looked more like the Miami Heat South Florida basketball fans have grown to love in the playoffs in game two of the NBA Finals. Heat fans hardly recognized their team in a game one loss in Denver, with Jimmy Butler only dropping 13 points and Max Strus 0 for 10 from three.

Strus set the tone early, hitting his first two threes for 14 points on the night, as the Heat overcame 41 points from Denver's Nikola Jokic with a 111-108 win to tie the series at one. Gabe Vincent also dropped four treys and 23 points, while Bam Adebayo was sensational again, matching Jimmy Butler's total of 21 points.

The Heat, who trailed by as many as 15 points pulled off a familiar feat for those who've watched them in these playoffs, finding a way to win, and finding a way to steal the momentum in the series heading back to South Florida.

“When it comes down to the wire, we're strangely comfortable," said Vincent after the game.

Game three is set for Kaseya Center this Wednesday at 8:30 PM.
