Woman from Utah reported missing in Fort Lauderdale found dead
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBS12) — A 37-year-old woman reported missing on Thursday has been found dead, the Sun Sentinel reported.
Kelly Glover's body was pulled from the lake behind the Westin Hotel around noon on Saturday, according to the Sun Sentinel. Glover was last seen on surveillance video from the hotel, which shows her walking down the stairs with no shoes on at about 2 a.m. on Thursday. She had been staying at the hotel with an unidentified friend.
Adam Bremer, Glover's husband, and the rest of her family flew down from Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday to help authorities with the search, the Sun Sentinel reported. Fort Lauderdale police searched the surrounding area with dogs, divers and helicopters that day, but did not find Glover, who had come to Fort Lauderdale on a work trip.
According to the Sun Sentinel, Fort Lauderdale police indicated that foul play was not suspected in Glover's death.
