A Flood Advisory has been issued for St. Lucie County until 1:45 PM. Street flooding is expected or ongoing.

As the remnants of Arlene pass through the Florida Straits, tropical moisture will linger across South Florida through the end of the weekend.

A mostly dry start to the day across the Treasure Coast while coastal showers hug the southern Palm Beach County.

A few more coastal downpours this morning before thunderstorms return this afternoon with the threat of heavy rainfall and localized flooding.

Storms that develop can also produce strong wind gusts and frequent lightning.

A Flood Watch remains in effect for Palm Beach County through this evening.

Tides are elevated due to the full moon phase this weekend. Minor coastal flooding is possible around high tide through the start of the week.

Afternoon highs reach the mid to upper 80s.

Drier air will briefly move into the region in time for the start of the week. This will drop our storm chances on Monday and Tuesday before tropical moisture surges back into the region through the end of the week and into next weekend.
