Tennis superstar Venus Williams is expected to talk about the deadly crash and wrongful death lawsuit filed against her stemming from a collision in Palm Beach Gardens.

Williams will sit down for a deposition on Thursday in West Palm Beach, where according to TMZ she's expected to blame a third driver for the crash that killed 78-year-old Jerome Barson.

Police say Barson was in the passenger seat of his car when it collided with Williams's SUV on June 9th at the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and BallenIsles Drive.

Barson died two weeks later from his injuries.

Barson's family has since filed a lawsuit against Williams.

The deposition is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Thursday, and could last several hours.
