Two men charged in deadly drive-by shooting in Miami
MIAMI (CBS12) —
Police arrested two men in connection to a drive-by shooting that left two others dead in Miami.
Legary Stanley, 19, and Don Russell Delancy, 30, are facing second degree murder charges in a shooting on Wednesday night.
Miami-Dade Police responded to a call about shots fired at a home on Northwest 22nd Avenue where they found two men in a yard with gunshot wounds. Emergency crews pronounced 23-year-old Myqueal Fisher dead at the scene. Willie Randle, 29, died later at the hospital.
After the shooting, police spotted the suspect's car blocks away. According to Miami-Dade Police, the driver sped away from officers.
Police said three men bailed from the car but the driver kept going and crashed into a car. Police arrested the driver and one of the men who bailed out of the car.
According to the arrest report, police found an AK-47 outside the suspect's car.
The person hit by the fleeing car suffered minor injuries.
