MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Disney Cruise Line "youth host" is heading to trial this month for allegations that he fondled a young boy aboard the ship, the Miami Herald reported.

Oliver Lovatt, a 25-year-old man from England, was arrested earlier this year, according to the Miami Herald. He is charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery on children under the age of 12.

Lovatt was working with children at the "Oceaneer Kids Lab" aboard the Disney Magic, the Miami Herald reported. The center is for kids between the ages of three and 12.

While out at sea in April, Lovatt blindfolded a 10-year-old boy and spun him around several times as part of a game, according to the Miami Herald. It was at that time he “fondled the victim’s penis outside of the clothing."

According to the Miami Herald, the boy told police Lovatt sat next to him while he was playing a game building a house of cards. As Lovatt moved "his hands towards him," the boy covered his genitals, afraid that he was going to be fondled again.

The incident was captured on surveillance cameras and Lovatt "confessed to fondling the boy," the Miami Herald reported.

Lovatt's trial starts Oct. 28.
