A deputy with the Collier County Sheriff's Office made a special delivery.

According to the sheriff's office, Deputy Robert Pounds pulled over a speeding car in the Naples area. The car was going 63 miles-per-hour in a 45 mph zone.

Once the deputy approached the car he realized the passenger was in labor.

Pounds called for paramedics and backup before grabbing a blanket to help deliver a baby girl.

Paramedics arrived and took the mom and baby to the hospital.

Pounds paused for a photo with the happy father.
