Police are investigating several reports of shots being fired at CityPlace on Saturday night.

Witnesses told CBS12 it happened in the courtyard area near the Cheesecake Factory shortly before 10 p.m. The report drew an immediate response from officers working CityPlace, according to a spokeswoman for West Palm Beach Police.

Police told CBS12 officers have no evidence yet to confirm a shooting. Police say the loud noise could also be fireworks or something else.

During the rush to escape the plaza, a car ran into a woman along Rosemary Avenue. Her injuries are not expected to be life-threatening, police say. She's being treated at St. Mary's Medical Center. She's been identified as 23-year-old Nadege Turnier. She remains in the hospital on Monday.

A worker at the Cheesecake Factory told CBS12 the restaurant was locked down after the incident.

People at CityPlace shared various videos of the police response on social media.

Police are reviewing surveillance video to see if there's any evidence of a shooting. Police are also checking hospitals for gunshot victims, but as of 11:30 p.m., no one's been taken to the hospital.

A second report of shots being fired came in around 10:30 p.m. along Clematis Street. Police did not find any evidence of a shooting, or victims.
