Sheriff's deputies need assistance looking for a man who may be connected to an attempted kidnapping on Tuesday.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office released a sketch of a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a 14-year-old girl.

According to deputies, the incident happened on Pineaire Lane towards Haverhill Road. The teen noticed a white van stop behind her, and she saw the door open and an unknown male approach her. The man tried to pull her into the van, but the girl was able to escape.

Deputies say the suspect is a white male in his early to late thirties and of average build. He has blue, green or hazel eyes, a mustache/goatee and dirty blind hair to the shoulder. He has a tattoo on his left hand ring finger which appeared to be a capital letter.
