Another flight relocating migrants to the Northeast may be headed to an airport near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, where President Joe Biden has a vacation home.

At the conclusion of a press conference Tuesday, President Biden was asked about the possibility of a plane carrying undocumented migrants heading to Delaware at the direction of DeSantis.

"He should come visit we have a beautiful shoreline," Biden responded.

During a separate press conference in Florida Tuesday, DeSantis was asked about the rumored Delaware flight, but said he "can't confirm that."

The National Desk (TND) reached out to DeSantis's campaign to independently verify whether there was indeed a flight of migrants headed to Delaware, but was directed to his remarks at the press conference.

Delaware Governor John Carney acknowledged the speculation Tuesday morning, indicating his team was preparing for a potential arrival.

“Our teams at [Delaware Emergency Management Agency] and [Delaware Department of Health and Social Services] are working with community organizations and other partners to make sure that migrants who arrive here have the support that they need,” a spokesperson for the governor said, according to Delaware's The News Journal.

The rumors come after DeSantis flew approximately 50 migrants to Martha's Vineyard, Mass. as part of a state relocation program transporting undocumented migrants to "sanctuary jurisdictions."

Separately, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has bussed over 11,000 migrants to "sanctuary cities" as part of "Operation Lone Star," sending them to locations such as Washington, D.C., Chicago and New York City.

"The Biden-Harris Administration continues ignoring and denying the historic crisis at our southern border, which has endangered and overwhelmed Texas communities for almost two years," Governor Abbott said last week after he sent a handful of migrant busses to Vice President Kamala Harris's D.C. residence. "Texas will continue sending migrants to sanctuary cities like Washington, D.C. until President Biden and Border Czar Harris step up and do their jobs to secure the border."
