Charles Vorpagel, 27, a resident of the home where Jupiter killings occurred, has been taken into federal custody, says Jupiter police chief.

The chief said after a search warrant at the home on 1105 Mohawk Street, Vorpagel was taken into custody Thursday by the FBI on federal firearms-related charges.

Sources tell CBS12 there was a 5th person wounded in the Jupiter shootings. That person remains hospitalized at a local hospital, according to sources close to the case.

Police responded to a home on Mohawk Street about 10:30 p.m. on February 5 for reports of shots fired. When police arrived, they found Brandi El-Salhy, 24; Sean Henry, 25; and Kelli Doherty, 20, dead at the scene.

Police found a fourth person with injuries in the Paseos neighborhood, not far from the shooting scene.

"We have not had the opportunity to talk with him yet," said Police Chief Frank Kitzerow. "It's only due to medical reasons. We will at the earliest opportunity be speaking to him."

Sources now confirm a 5th person was also found with injuries related to the Mohawk Street shootings and rushed to a hospital. That person remains hospitalized.

"We're going to leave no stone un-turned and we're going to collaborate with every agency that can help us," said Chief Kitzerow.

The CraftBar Kitchen in Jupiter is holding a fundraiser to cover funeral expenses for the shooting victims Thursday evening.
