Police searching for Publix 'Peeping Tom'

Police are looking for a suspected "Peeping Tom" at Publix. (Port St. Lucie)

Police put out a "be on the look out" flyer about a video voyeur suspect.

Port St. Lucie police say at around 7 p.m. on Nov. 29 a man entered the restroom at a Publix on Port St. Lucie Boulevard .

According to police, a woman entered a stall where she saw the man looking underneath the stall. She says a cell phone come under the stall soon after.

Police said she confronted the man and he told her "don't tell anyone." The woman told CBS12 reporter Vincent Crivelli that the man told her he was sorry.

The person police want to talk to is a white male, between 5'8" and 6'0" tall, thin build, with shoulder length dark hair and a goatee. He was seen driving a gray or silver 4-door pickup truck, possibly a Dodge, with a possible North Carolina tag that begins with the letter "P."
