Plane crashes into lake in central Florida: Report

MIMS, Fla. (CBS12) — WKMG in Orlando is reporting a plane crash in a lake in central Florida.

The plane went down near Lake Harney along the Seminole-Volusia county lane, according to WKMG.

A fisherman reported the crash, WKMG said, near Morgan Alderman Road and Lake Harney Woods Boulevard.

The FAA told CBS12 the Connection900 BE-9L was on its way to the Orlando Sanford International Airport when it went down.
