New Palm Beach County School Board members sworn in

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The School District of Palm Beach County welcomed three new school board members on Tuesday.

They include:

• Barbara McQuinn reelected in District 1
• Frank Barbieri relected in District 5
• Alexandria Ayala in District 2

It's worth noting that Ayala is the first Latina sworn into the Palm Beach County School Board.

Each new board member gave a statement to the board. After the swearing-in ceremony, the school board held a reorganization meeting.
