violent career criminal."

The latest arrest report refers to him as "a violent career criminal."

"At the end of the day, this is a person you would expect to be behind bars just as a matter of public safety. I think a lot of people would say probably the judges can be too lenient when it comes to setting bond. As of late, I think we need higher bonds in Palm Beach County," said Patrick McKamey, a criminal defense attorney in West Palm Beach.

McKamey is former prosecutor who spent 13 years with the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office.

"You've got people that are getting out that probably should be you know, incarcerated. They're getting out, committing new offenses," McKamey said.
