Man wanted for fatal hit-and-run in Lake Worth Beach

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man in connection to a fatal hit-and-run in Lake Worth Beach.

Deputies said Marcos Sanchez Morales, 30, hit a pedestrian along North C Street on January 1. The pedestrian was kneeling in the road to light fireworks at the time of the crash.

Investigators said Morales dragged the victim 188 feet before driving away.

The man died from his injuries. He has not been identified.
