Man killed in early morning West Palm Beach shooting

A police investigation in West Palm Beach after an early morning shooting Monday.

A man was found dead of a gunshot wound when deputies responded to an early morning shooting in West Palm Beach.

Palm Beach Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call of a shooting at the Caribbean Choice Bakery/Bary on North Military Trail in West Palm Beach at about 3:48 a.m. Monday.

When they arrived they found a man at the scene, dead from a gunshot wound. He's been identified as 28-year-old Eric Stewart. The Violent Crimes Division and crime scene investigators were called to the scene.

Deputies arrested a suspect on a charge of first degree murder. He's been identified as 32-year-old Omari Fenton.
