Man injured after shooting in West Palm Beach
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) —
A 21-year-old man was taken to the hospital after a shooting in West Palm Beach Saturday.
West Palm Beach police say the shooting happened along Gale Place, not far from Cardinal Newman High School.
The victim crashed his car into a fence after he was shot, according to police.
The man is expected to survive, police add.
Police haven’t identified a victim but a witness who lives here says that victim was shot multiple times.
Witnesses say the victim was driving a car when another driver shot him causing him to crash the car into a tree.
They say the suspect just drove off.
Police marked dozens of shell casings on the street and we’ve counted at least 14 bullet holes on the car.
Police say the the suspect or suspects are still out there.
