FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBS12) — A woman was arrested in connection to a hit-and-run-crash that deputies say has a woman fighting for her life.
The Broward County Sheriff's Office said on Friday, March 24 at around 8:40 a.m., dispatch received a call reporting a hit-and-run at Northwest 13th Court in Fort Lauderdale.
At the scene, deputies located a woman suffering from injuries consistent to being hit by a car. Paramedics took the woman to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.

After an investigation was conducted, detectives said 22-year-old Linouria Wilson got into an argument with the woman that escalated into Wilson intentionally running over the woman. She then fled the scene.
However, detectives said they were able to locate the vehicle and arrest her. She faces one count of attempted murder in the first degree.
