International End Violence to Women Day

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Nov. 25 marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

It is a day observed to end violence against women and girls around the globe.

Our Luli Ortiz sat down with artist Piera Van de Wiel to discuss the new campaign to help women and girls.

This year's International Day will mark the launch of 16 days of activism that will conclude on Dec. 10, which is International Human Rights Day.
