WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Deputies are looking for potential victims of a man who is accused of exposing himself to a juvenile at a Tri-Rail stop.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says Orane Ackeem Johnson, 32, of North Lauderdale is under investigation for a lewd and lascivious incident.
Arrested by Delray Beach police last November, investigators with the sheriff's office believes there may be more victims.
The sheriff's office said Johnson recently cornered a female juvenile at Tri-Rail, exposed himself and forced her to touch him inappropriately. Tri-Rail passengers we spoke with at the Mangonia Park Tri-Rail station find this kind of behavior startling.
"I think it's a good thing he was arrested. No one should be exposing themselves on the train," said Amanda Sgambelluri, a Tri-Rail passenger from Fort Lauderdale.
"It's shocking that that happened. It's shocking that it happened. But there's not enough security on there so I guess there could be a lot of weirdos out there that could hop on the train and do stuff," said Kee Kee, a Tri-Rail passenger from Coral Springs who declined to giver her last name.
Detectives say Johnson may have driven a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLA 250 SUV, similar to the one in the photo shared by the sheriff's office.
Call Crime Stoppers if you have any information about Johnson or know of anyone who may have been approached by him. The number is 800-458-TIPS (8477). You will remain anonymous.
