Four people displaced after house fire in suburban West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Four people were displaced after a house fire on Saranac Avenue Tuesday night, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said.

Firefighters got to the scene around 7 p.m.

When they arrived, crews saw smoke from the back of the home and found a shed engulfed in flames, as well as a back bedroom, according to fire officials. Crews were able to stop the flames from spreading into other parts of the home and extinguish the fire.

The Red Cross has been contacted to help the two adults and two children who've been displaced.
