An allegedly drunk driver, 24-year-old Raven Butts, was arrested in the early morning hours Thursday after butting her car into a police vehicle during a traffic stop.

Port St. Lucie Police Department officers saw a white Kia swerving and taking up two lanes on Southwest Gatlin Boulevard. Before stopping her car for the officers, Butts struck a curb, the news release said.

Then, while the officer was exiting his patrol car and still standing in his doorway, Butts reversed her Kia and butted the front of the police car's bumper, per PSLPD.

She was charged with a DUI with damage to property and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail.

Butts currently has a $500 bond amount.
