BROOKSVILLE, Fla. (CBS12) —
A woman visiting a jail in Florida ended up becoming a resident, thanks to the sniffer of a K9.
The Hernando County Sheriff's Office arrested 20-year-old Valerie Howard on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
