Drier conditions for South Florida with plenty of heat

Hot and dry conditions will control South Florida's weather for the next few days

A hot weather streak is kicking in for South Florida, with drier skies and high temperatures being the big weather story.

Plenty of sunshine with little chance of rain means daily temperatures rising to about 90 each day this week. sundown won't bring much relief, with overnight temps hovering in the mid-80s.

Look for "feels like" temperatures well past 100 degrees.

Rain chances will creek up slightly as we approach the end of the week, with a 40% chance by the weekend.
