Dog saved from drowning in Palm Beach County
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) —
The face of heartbreak, but a story of survival.
A dog named Jack is safe with Animal Care and Control after officials say someone held the dog's head underwater.
Now, Animal Care and Control is doing everything they can to find Jack a better home.
"We are going to do everything we can to not return him to that situation, we think we can find him a better home whether it's with a rescue or something from the public. You know, no dog deserves this. Every dog should be entitled to a better existence," Capt. David Walesky said.
Officials with Animal Care and Control say Jack is doing well as of Friday night.
