WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The federal indictment of former President Donald Trump has been unsealed.

The 49-page document was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The documents allege that Trump "endeavored to obstruct the FBI and grand jury investigations and conceal retention of classified documents."
The indictment names Walta Nuata, a former aid to Trump.
The indictment lists 37 counts in all against the former president.
