Man accused of resisting arrest, distributing antisemetic fliers arrested after hearing
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The man who is accued of non-violently resisting his arrest for handing out antisemetic fliers earlier this year was arrested after his court hearing.
Nicholas Alan Bysheim was representing himself in previous hearings, but brought an attorney for Friday's appearance.
The judge revoked his pretrial release agreement after he picked up two additional cases since his initial arrest in January, and set a $5K bond.
The 33-year-old man of Lusby, Md., is charged with a misdemeanor resisting arrest.

He previously spoke with the media, and said he felt betrayed during the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by “this man,” referencing his flier that included former President Donald Trump’s name on it.
Asked why he was handing out the antisemetic literature, Bysheim said, it’s because “I’m trying to save my country. This is my country.”
He claims people who agree with him are “nonviolent” and “peaceful activists.”
In January, police said they wanted to issue Bysheim a citation for littering when he and another person tossed the fliers on resident’s lawns.
Bysheim believes he has a right to distribute what he calls, “first amendment protected information.” Police accused him of littering plastic bags, and arrested him after the 33 year-old refused to identify himself.
A pretrial hearing was set for July 17, with the trial expected to start July 26.
