Another man is facing charges in the murder of a South Florida rapper.

The Broward Sheriff's Office arrested 22-year-old Michael Boatwright on Tuesday in connection to the murder of XXXTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy.

According to a news release, Boatwright and another man confronted the rapper in an apparent robbery on June 18 in Deerfield Beach. At least one person fired at Onfroy and killed him. The suspects then took off in a dark-color SUV.

Deputies say they arrested Boatwright on July 5 on unrelated drug related charges. He was later arrested and charged with first degree murder.

Detectives are still searching a second gunman, along with 22-year-old Robert Allen. Allen is described as a person of interest. The sheriff's office says he is also wanted for violation of probation for possession of flakka and carrying a concealed firearm.

The sheriff's office also arrested 22-year-old Dedrick Williams in connection to this death. He is charged with first degree murder, probation violation, and driving without a valid ID.
