Mermaid in flames 'doing well' after fire-breathing mishap

A performer at the Wolf's Museum of Mystery learned a valuable lesson while performing a stunt.

Trina the mermaid, also known as Trina Mason, was caught on camera during a fire breathing stunt.

The video, now on Facebook shows Trina, submerged in a water tank, holding a flaming torch. Fire slowly escapes from her mouth, and the trick backfires as flames engulf her face.

Mason has been posting on social media accounts and says the wrong type of fuel was used during the stunt. She also wrote on Facebook that she will keep performing.

The museum told CBS12 that Trina is doing well.
