(WJAR) - NBC 10 News has confirmed that East Providence native and BMX superstar Kevin Robinson died unexpectedly Saturday morning.
He was known to his fans as “K-Rob”.
Robinson was retired from the X Games, but still working for ESPN as an analyst.
He was also known for his work for Rhode Island-based charities, including his K-Rob Foundation.
Robinson, 45, leaves his wife and three young children.
He recently completed a record jump in Kennedy Plaza in Providence live on ESPN.
