67-year-old man charged with 57 counts related to child porn
PAHOKEE, Fla. (CBS12) — A 67-year-old man from Pahokee was arrested Thursday after being charged with 57 counts related to child porn.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, Facebook reported that Dennis Foy Pollard uploaded a file Sept. 28, 2020 that contained contained sexually explicit content of a minor, which deputies said met the crime for possession and intentional viewing of sexual conduct/performance by child.
In December, the sheriff's office said a Facebook user reported that another user had uploaded and shared a file featuring child sexual exploitation to the app.

Pollard is facing 19 counts of each of the following:
- Possession of 10 or more files of child pornography
- Transmission of child pornography by electronic device
- Solicitation of a minor
He is currently in jail on a $500,000 bond.
