The Miami Dolphins practiced against the Philadelphia Eagles for the second straight, and final, day on Tuesday, faring a little bet better than they did on day one.

I liked today better than yesterday," said Dolphins cornerback Bobby McCain. "(The) first day defensively, we had a rough one, but we came out and performed better today..

Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz carved up the Dolphins defense at times during the two days of practice, but the Dolphins defense found some intensity, and fared much better on day two.

It felt good," said defensive end Cam Wake. "Seeing a different color (uniform)."

It was the same story offensively, Jay Cutler seems to be building a stronger rapport with his receivers as each practice goes by.

"You can't get too discouraged, and you can't get too confident," explains Dolphins guard Jermon Bushrod. "You have to constantly work on the things you have to work on."

The Dolphins offensive line will take another step to being a full strength on Thursday night when Pro Bowler Mike Pouncey sees his first game action since his off-season hip surgery. You can watch the Dolphins take on the Eagles Thursday night at 7 PM on CBS12.
