Blackman sole Palm Beacher to sign with FSU
BELLE GLADE, Fla. (CBS12) —
Some of the best players to come out of Muck City decided to go to Florida State.
James Blackman is next on the list.
On Wednesday, Blackman followed Jessie Hester and Kelvin Benjamin leaving Glades Central High School to head to Tallahassee. Blackman said after making it official, that he just felt at home with Coach Fisher's crew. He is expected to stay at quarterback for the 'Noles, but may redshirt his first season on campus.
Blackman added that the day was very special to be able to sign next to his Raider teammates - Quantino Allen (Oregon State), Rodrick Martin (Glenville College), Wisly Edouard (Geneva College) and Tremaine Carrigan (Arizona Christian) all signed with Blackman on Signing Day.
