Undercover Martin County detectives nab suspected drug dealers
MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) —
Investigators say two suspected drug dealers from Palm Beach County came up short in an effort to expand their trade in Martin County.
The Sheriff's Office arrested 23-year-old Alexus Johnson and 21-year-old Richard Nelson in an undercover sting.
Authorities said the two sold heroin, cocaine and hydrocodone to undercover narcotics detectives posing as drug buyers.
Investigators seized the drugs, $3800 in cash and a Dodge Challenger.
Johnson is facing charges of selling cocaine within 1000 feet of a park or school, possession of heroin and possession of hydrocodone. Nelson is facing charges of selling cocaine within 1000 feet of a park or school.
