Investigators made an arrest, one day after sharing video of a savage attack in a restaurant in Colorado.

The video, shared by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, showed two men punching a man as he's holding his 4-year-old daughter. A bystander jumped in to grab the little girl seconds before her father is knocked to the ground, punched and kneed in the face. The attack happened last month at the Crossroads Pizza & Wings Bar in Pine Junction. The father, identified as 39-year-old Richard Warry Brown, had to be taken to a hospital by a medical helicopter because of his injuries. He's also facing a summons for child abuse because his daughter got caught in the middle of the commotion. The sheriff's office told CBS12 investigators do not know what triggered the fight.

The sheriff's office arrested one man, identified as 31-year-old Joel Michael Wilson. They shared the photo of a second man, now identified as 22-year-old Devon Lee Premer. Deputies arrested Premer Tuesday night. He is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Jefferson County Jail on charges of first degree assault, second degree assault and child abuse.
