School superintendent to be selected Wednesday
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) —
It’s a big day for the Palm Beach County school District. Public interviews, for discussion, and the selection of the new superintendent of schools will all take place Wednesday evening.
Each candidate will have a public interview with the board during the meeting that starts at 3 PM. The first interview will be held at 3:15 PM with the Deputy Superintendent David Christensen. Then at
4:30 PM the second interview will take place with Chief Operating Officer Donald Fennoy. The last interview will take place around 5:45 PM with Chief Academic Officer Keith Oswald.
The final selection process and go to scheduled for 7 PM. But keep in mind, once the candidate is elected he will begin negotiating a contract. That contract is on the agenda for approval at the March 14th board meeting.
