The probability that another suspect could be out there is not making things easier for residents living in the Jupiter River Estates neighborhood, who are trying to put the crime in the rear view.

It’s been more than a month that Sean Henry, Kelli Doherty and Brandi El-Salhy were killed in the triple shooting at 1105 Mohawk Street.

Although police arrested Christopher Vasata on multiple charges including three counts of first-degree murder with a firearm, many residents are still stunned it happened in their neighborhood.

Longtime resident Jennifer Foster will never forget the night of February 5th.

“We were in there watching the Super Bowl, all of a sudden we heard the sounds. I thought they were fireworks,” said Foster.

Foster tells CBS12 she can rest easier knowing Jupiter Police Department detectives arrested Vasata in connection to the triple homicide.

Although evidence shows there may be another suspect involved, people like Will Broadman said he’s feeling a little less on edge knowing this was not a random act of violence.

“It’s pretty awful, “said Broadman. "It’s always been a pretty decent neighborhood.”

Neighbors said they just want this nightmare to end so that the victims can have justice and the families can have closure.
