Man wanted by FBI for Belle Glade, Fla. killing

A man is wanted by the FBI for a killing in Belle Glade, Fla.

Juan Dios Garza is to be considered armed and dangerous, the FBI said.

He's accused of being involved in a murder on Oct. 21, 1984 in Belle Glade. Investigators said Garza shot and killed Ricardo Chavez and wounded his brother, Juan. He's facing a state warrant for charges of second degree murder and attempted second degree murder. A federal warrant for his arrest on unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued soon after, according to the FBI.
