Break out the sweaters, changes in store
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) —
If you've been enjoying the warm, quiet weather the past few days, get out there while you can.
Big changes are in the forecast for the weekend.
A strong cold front moves in on Friday into Saturday. This front will bring in several rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Then breezy conditions move in for the weekend, with rapidly dropping temperatures. Lows Sunday night into Monday morning will be in the 40s for much of the area with some 50s along the coast in Palm Beach County. The cold air should stick around for a while this time, with the week staying below average as far as daytime temperatures.
