Authorities target social media and street prostitution

Undercover officers from several law enforcement agencies targeted prostitution in Palm Beach County.

Police from West Palm Beach and deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrested 17 people on charges related to prostitution during undercover operations this week.

Deputies targeted the Courtyard Marriott on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach Tuesday night. Authorities arrested 52-year-old Paul Robinson on charges of deriving proceeds from prostitution. A suspected prostitute, 22-year-old Augustin Pervilon, told deputies she gives her money to Robinson. Pervilon is accused of offering an undercover deputy oral sex for $200.

Also arrested on charges of offer to commit prostitution are 20-year-old Luxuary Clark and 21-year-old Kambria Simmons. According to the arrest reports, the two offered an undercover deputy sex for $100 each.

Gregory Russell, 25, is accused of offering an undercover deputy $200 for sex. Nikicha Jerome, 25, offered an undercover deputy sexual services for $160, according to her arrest report. Felicia Monteiro and Tara Bond, both 24, are also facing prostitution charges but their reports are not yet available.

West Palm Beach arrested nine people on prostitution charges. Police said 37-year-old Mary Rodriguez offered an undercover officer oral sex for $30 along 19th and North Dixie Highway on Wednesday night. Vanessa Salomone, 54, is accused of offering an undercover officer oral sex for $30. Police also arrested Rocio Lago, 22; Diane Davis, 36; Vanessa Dykes, 29; Rosa Flores Villodas, 46; Misty Pate, 39; Michelle Neville, 49; and Annett Guevara, 40, on prostitution charges. Their reports are not yet available.
