4-year-old girl remembered at emotional ceremony

Dozens gathered at the site of a tragedy in Port Saint Lucie on Monday night. It’s a pond near Becker Road, where four-year-old Chelsea Noel’s body was pulled from early Monday morning.
Vigil attendees brought candles, which glowed for hours. Noel’s family spoke choking back tears. They thanked everyone for attending and searching for their daughter, Chelsea Noel, who went missing late Saturday night. She lived only a few blocks away from where she was found in the pond. The search for her lasted over 24 hours before she was found Monday morning.
Teddy bears, flowers and balloons line the bank of the pond where family member say she lost her life. The family’s pain brought the community together. United to support the Noel family in this trying time, Chelsea is gone.
The Noel family hasn’t made funeral arrangements yet, but will do so in the coming days. They ask that you keep them in your prayers.
